Guenmai is Buddha's food

Guenmai is warm rice soup with vegetables, it is energy-rich and healthy.
Guenmai is eaten ritually after the morning Zazen and also the preparation is ritual, thus, the act of cooking and eating becomes religious.

When the guenmai truthfully is
Is everything truthfully,
When all the acts of the life truthfully are,
Will also the guenmai be truthfully.
